These are my beautiful babies
Kenzington: is so so sweet. She melts our hearts. She is already so big and so independent. She likes to be set down to put herself to sleep, with her thumb in her mouth of course. It looks like she may have red hair and blue eyes, but we will have to see! She smiles all the time especially in the morning after a good nights rest. Logan: is hilarious. It has almost been 4 weeks since he had his ear tubes placed and his tonsils and adenoids out..... I cannot believe the difference for the better with our little guy. Before his surgery he really didn't talk much and was a picky eater. These concerns are what drove me to take him to the ENT. They said that surgery would definitely help these issues. To be honest Brett and I were not convinced and were very nervous about his surgery, but I am so glad we went through with it. Logan now talks up a storm and eats A TON! I love it! He loves to say gas station every time he sees one while we are out and about. He loves to tease about wanting to get the toilet paper or asking for chocolate. He seems so much happier and a lot less frustrated now that we are able to communicate better. It has been a real blessing, hopefully things will get even better and Logan can catch up verbally with those his age:)
The funniest thing Logan just started saying is "dooped." As in, he points to his diaper and says "Mom, I dooped in there" Ha! He is close to being potty trained, I haven't pushed it really hard, but he will go potty on the toilet a few times a week, if not at least once a day. I know as he gets a little older things will click more and he will be fully potty trained. Ah... until that time, I spend my days changing diapers:)
