Memorial Weekend

 

Saturday Shannon came to visit and decorate little Porter's grave -- look how cute:) Can't believe it has almost been a year.  We also put flowers on my Grandma and Grandpa Bateman's grave. Good day to remember our loved ones:)  Can't wait to see them again:)

Over Memorial Day weekend Kevin, Tiffany and Peyton came to visit!  It was so fun to finally meet little Peyton.  He is adorable and has such a sweet spirit and is so, so content.

Monday night we had a BBQ and just enjoyed the nice weather. It was great weekend with family

SmOrEs and such!

 We had a fun weekend so far.  Logan and Brett went to the Father and Sons outing with Grandpa Hanson, Great Grandpa Hanson, Uncle Dave, Uncle Bryce and Uncle LaMont!  They had fun "roughing" it at Badger Creek, not! There were in a large nice and warm cabin.  They all had a great time, but no pictures:(  

While the boys were gone Kenzi and I went to dinner with Grandma Hanson Friday night and then early this morning we went to a few Garage Sales, I love a good find and I got a few cool things:)

Tonight we had a fire in our back yard and made smores.  Not cheater smores, but real smores, they were yummy:)  Kenzi and Logan were dirty and sticky and loving every minute of it!

Funny stuff

When it gets quiet around here something is wrong and we know Logan or Kenzi or both are up to something.  Check out Logan applying sunspeen (sunscreen) outside very quietly in the top of his slide:)

Boise!!

 We went to Boise this last weekend to visit Seth, April and Carter.  Brett helped Seth put in new granite countertops in their kitchen (which look awesome, but I didn't get a picture:/) while April and I played with the kids:)  It was a fun weekend and nice to spent time with April, Seth and sweet little Carter.  They spoiled us and were great hosts, we love it over there and can't wait to visit again!

Carter loves the park, but he mostly loves throwing rocks in the canal by the park:)  Logan and Kenzi loved it too once he taught them how:)

The dogs were also great entertainment for the kids 

 

For Mother's Day April made a yummy dinner and then we had Baskin Robbins ice cream cake!  It was so yummy, the cake read " Happy Mother's Day to the two best Moms EVER!"  HA!

We love you guys, thanks for a fun weekend and for being so great!

Watery Fun

 We went on a walk tonight and when we got home that kids went right for the water spraying out of our broken hose.  It was going to go in the trash soon, but now it the kids new water toy for summer;)  It really wasn't extremely warm, but Kenz and Logan had a ball!

 

Today: Tuesday May 8th the weather was a little better
