that being a wife, a mom, having a part time medical assistant job and a part time photography business (if I can even call it that?) doesn't mix with full time online classes:( I just started classes and they were crazy busy, Logan was not liking that I was sitting at the computer all the time, and I don't blame him. Poor little guy, I felt so bad, I practically had to ignore him to try and get stuff done, which is not good! So, Brett and I decided it would be better if I dropped my classes:( I was a little upset because I was really looking forward to finishing, but I feel I just need to be content and thankful for the school I have done thus fare:) Logan and Brett are too important to focus all my attention on school instead of them. I guess I will try again when Logan is a little older:) Sorry, I felt like I needed to vent a little, life can be so crazy sometimes, but it is good to have friends and family you know can listen to you complain:)
Logan turns one on Monday and I can hardly believe it. Brett and I feel very blessed to be his parents and we are so thankful for our little man! 2009 was a great year - Logan was born, we became parents (what an experience and still is!!!:) Brett was super busy with school and work, Brett spent 8 weeks away from us in Hawaii for work, Brett and I turned 25!!
ahh, Logan was sick sick sick and finally got ear tubes :) Brett Graduated and the holidays were wonderful! Now an entire new year is ahead and I am so excited to see what it will bring. My goals for 2010 - Get Logan off the BOTTLE, but the kid is seriously
addicted! Get finances in order and pay off a ton of stuff, now that Brett has a good full time job with NO SCHOOL! Have fun with friends and family, do more photography and get read of all this extra holiday weight! ha Sorry for the long boring post and thanks for reading my rambling:)
Happy New Year Everyone!

Glad you had a great Christmas! about classes...there's always time later :). Great resolutions!
You are wonderful... I think so!!! Just remember, great things come one day at a time! Being a mom is busy work, but rewarding! One day at a time!
I am sorry you had to drop your classes! I am sure that you will be able to get back to them someday. At least you have a great start on the school thing. One thing I am sure of is that you will NEVER regret the time and energy you put into your family!!
So hard but I think you made the right choice. You'll never get time with your family back but you can always do school. You won't regret it! I can't believe Logan is going to be one!! Our lives are flying by! =) Are we doing a girls night in January? Bridget mentioned she could do it I think. I miss you girls!
It's good to vent-some of your worries are kinda similar to mine! Since I won't be working when the baby comes I'm wondering if there is such a thing as being a stay at home mom AND working! I think you're making the right choice though about dropping your classes. you at least have some sort of a degree and brett has a full time job. Some days I really wish john would get on the ball and get enrolled in school but I think I've come to the sad realization that he may not go back to school until he's well into his 30's!! You vented so I guess it's my turn! Sorry! I hope you guys have a great fun new year and I can't believe Logan will already be one! Does the time really go by that fast??? everything will work out for the best!!! :)
I can't believe he's turning one already! School is definitely hard with kids! I've tried going back 3 times and I'm finally able to get it done, well as of right now! I have to agree with what Jennifer said, you won't ever get the time back you miss with your family, Logan is only this age once. Enjoy it!!
Bring on the New Year! Cherice it can be hard to make a decision to juggle family and school, but you do have to com to a realization of what is important. I will say that I have missed a lot of fun things with Auzzy because I was trying to do what you were doing. You do miss out. I think you made the right decision. You will be able to finish school someday. Wish you the best! Heavenly Father is always on your side!
Cherice, the most important thing in this life is family. I am proud of you and I think that you trying is important and yes! There is always later that you can go back. These times are irreplaceable so def live in the moment! Thanks for letting us stay with you and keep up on the awesome photog stuff. You have a real talent. Great chatting with you and spending time with Logan. He is a great baby. Hope to see you this summer for our rafting adventure!!!
