Sheesh....

Sunday right before Church I tried hard to get a good picture of the kids in front of the tree in their new Christmas Church clothes......I failed.  The spray bottle was too much for Kenzi to let go of without a drink, then she wanted nothing to do with the camera, except to hold it herself.  Logan on the other hand gave some pretty good faces:)

Holiday fun continues....

Friday we painted ordiments at Grandmas and Grandpa Hanson's.  The kids LOVED it!

A beautiful photo bomb by Danielle:)

Friday night we headed to the City Park for the lighting of the Christmas lights and SANTA!
Kenzi was so mesermized by Santa, until it was her turn to sit on his lap, she lost it.  Logan on the other hand sat right on his lap and told Santa what he wanted, hand motions and all:)
Logan had a ball with his favorites, Kirra, Tysen, and Shan.
If you ask Kenz if she talked to Santa and sat on his lap, she says she did.

Saturday bright and early we headed to Swan Valley in search of a Christmas Tree.  Grandpa Hanson found two great trees.  Chandler was there as well.  We had a great time.  Logan was in heaven the whole time, walking and jumping around.  Kenzi....not so much:)

It was such a beautiful day.  Nice weather and a nice little hike in a pretty area.

Thanksgiving 2012

We had a great Thanksgiving at my parents.  We ate a yummy Thanksgiving dinner and then played, looked through the Black Friday ads, watched some football then had pie.  It was a nice relaxing Thanksgiving, but before I knew it, it was time to head out Black Friday Shopping with Shannon.  Brett and the kids played at Grandma and Grandpa Hanson's with Devrey, Chandler and Danielle, while I was shopping.  Shan and I had a great time with all the crazy shoppers and got everything on our lists.

It was so weird.  We went to the mall at 12:30 am just to look around and no lie there were a million people there.  We thought only Old Navy was open, but most of the Mall was open.  There were people eating Subway and kids in the play area ......it was after midnight!!! It was strange.  We didn't buy anything there because the lines were nuts, but it was fun to look around.

Trying to get a decent pic....no such luck;)  So I pretty much gave up with my camera for the day..oops.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Turkey for me and Turkey for you

Brett always complains we skip his favorite Holiday- Thanksgiving and go straight to Christmas.  So since we have a lot of our Christmas stuff up already I decided the kids needed to have some little Turkey crafts.
Saddest part was Logan was a good sport, but was way too cool for crafts:)

We made little hats that Kenzi promptly tore apart after a full 3 minutes of wearing it.

Then we made turkeys with our hands.  I thought these next pictures were pretty funny as Kenzi tries hard to show me her turkey like Logan did.

Happy Thanksgiving Week!!!
