Cool Beans!

Yesterday Brett had to go to Grad Fest at school to pick up his tassel for graduation in TWO WEEKS! Anywho, while he was waiting they were doing a raffle and Brett had a ticket that they had given him when he got there. Well, Brett was about to leave because they were giving away boring stuff like diploma frames and books:) But just as he was leaving they called his number for the next PRIZE! Brett won a.........

Thanksgiving!

We had a great Thanksgiving at my parents house! We ate and played games and then headed to Brett's parents for more dessert. Logan loved all the food!

Friday morning my sister Shannon and I headed to Target at 3:30 AM! We stood in line for an hour to get in and stood in line for an hour to check out, but it was so worth it, we got a ton of great stuff:) Thanks to Brett's mom and sisters who we bumped into in Target, and thank heavens we did, Shannon and I would not have been able to get through the lines without them!:)


Shannon's pilot was FULL! It was so much fun, thanks Shan! We love Black Friday!


Friday night we went to the City Park for the annual tree lighting ceremony and to see Santa. Logan lasted about two seconds and then fell asleep! I guess we had him bundled too warm:)

Happy Halloween!

We had a fun relaxing Halloween and spent a ton of time as a fam, and with family and friends! I absolutely love this time of year, now that Halloween is over the best time of the year is here! Thanksgiving and Christmas!! I am so excited:)

Brett's 25th Birthday!

Last Friday was Brett's 25 th Birthday! We headed to Utah that day and stayed in a really nice hotel in Salt Lake. My parents, my brother Mikel and his family and my sister Shannon and here family were also there! It was great and we had a ton of fun at the pool, which was actually a water park with a huge slide! Saturday morning we did a little shopping and then headed to Provo for the BYU vs. TCU game! We met up with Brett's brother Kevin and his wife Tiffany, they watched Logan while we went to the game, it was great because it was Brett and I first date without Logan:) We had a ton of fun at the game even though BYU got creamed:( Happy Birthday Brett!!
The picture above is our actual seats at the game, the picture below is the seats we would have liked to have:) Because the game was such a blowout, everyone started leaving early, so Brett and I went down to the seats closer to the field!



Provo hosted ESPN's College GameDay, which was huge for Brett!! This is Brett in front of the ESPN College GameDay Truck, we would have gotten closer, but we where in a rush to get to the stadium.

Logan 9 Months

I just wanted to post this picture of me and my best friends, Taunya, Bridget and Jennifer! We try and get together every month, this month we went to dinner with no kiddos! It was so fun, we laughed, ate, talked, and laughed more! Thanks girls! I still think we need to do this more than 1 a month:) BTW funny story- After dinner Taunya and I had drove together and right before she dropped me off, I dumped my left overs all over the floor of her car!! I felt so bad, so I frantically started picking up the penne noodles, when we got to my house I opened the door and started throwing noodles out while laughing and apologizing to Taunya. Then just as I was getting out I saw what I thought was another noodle so I reached for it, mid reach I realized it was a BAND-AID!!!! Also, as I was reaching I hear Taunya say "I don't think that is a noodle." We laughed so hard, I started crying!!!! hahahaha

Logan is so big:( He is growing too fast, here are a few funny pics and his 9 month pictures are above (because I couldn't figure out how to put them at the bottom):)

Go BYU!

Last Friday we headed to Provo, UT for the BYU game. On our way we stopped in Salt Lake and went to Hogle Zoo with my sister Shannon and her two kids. It was so much fun, I always say Logan had fun at places, but really he has no idea what is going on, but at the zoo he seriously had a ball! He loved all the people, the carousel and the train ride through the zoo. He was smiling and taking it all in the whole time. At the zoo there was a baby elephant, giraffe and triplet baby tigers, they were all so cute! After the zoo we ate dinner at Chipotle, which is so good! Then we headed to Payson, UT to stay with Brett's brother Kevin, and his wife Tiffany in there new house! Thanks again:) The new house is awesome, we loved it! It made me and Brett want to sell our little house and get something a little bigger:) Saturday we did a little shopping with Kevin and Tiffany at the University Place Mall ate at 5 guys burger and fries and then headed to the stadium. We found our seats and Logan was doing pretty good, but then the game started and everyone was standing up and cheering loudly, and Logan was no longer a fan of football (other than on tv) Logan and I walked around for a little while and then after half time we tried it again, but he still was not a fan! So we were headed out and we found this awesome HUGE room with comfy chairs and huge tvs playing the game, it was great. We were able to watch the rest of the game:) BYU won!! We got home late Satuday night and we were beat!
